Care Instructions
Our products are easy to clean and maintain. Put it inside a sock and toss it in the washing machine on cold setting. Personally, I handwash to prevent wear and tear. Click here for detailed instructions.
Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date of receipt. The warranty covers both webbing and hardware materials.
However, please note that the warranty does not apply in cases of misuse. Such as if the product has been damaged due to chewing by your dog or other forms of intentional misuse.
