MY COLLAR OR LEASH GOT DIRTY, HOW DO I CLEAN IT? 

Our collars and leashes are easy to clean and maintain. Put it inside a sock and toss it in the washing machine on cold setting.  Wipe down any metal hardware with a towel and allow it to dry overnight or until it is dry to the touch.

Friendly Reminder: Avoid drying the collar or leash directly under sunlight.

 

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY DOG'S COLLAR SIZE?

To make sure your collar fits perfectly, correct neck measurement is very important. We understand that everyone measures a little differently, so we’re happy to share some measuring tips here.

   

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

When you place an order, an email confirmation will be sent right away. In case you cant find it, kindly check your junk/spam as our messages may end up there sometimes. Another possibility is that there might be a typo in your email address. Don’t worry! Just shoot us an email and we’ll locate you in our system and update your contact information.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes we do! All international packages are sent by Registered Package with tracking (<10 working days). Please select your country at check out to show your shipping rates.

DO YOU OFFER ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES ON YOUR PRODUCTS? 

Yes we do! We provide a one-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date of receipt. The warranty covers both webbing and hardware materials. However, please note that the warranty does not apply in cases of misuse. Such as if the product has been damaged due to chewing by your dog or other forms of intentional misuse.

When placing orders in Singapore, we recommend using Paynow as your preferred method of payment.
