Products

Are your products indestructible?

We know that dogs, especially puppies loves to chew. While our products are strength tested and durable for your dog's safety, our products are not chew-proof.

Are your products actually strength-tested?

Yes. All our hardware is strength tested in SGS lab in Singapore, one of the world's leading inspection and testing facilities.

How do I clean the products?

Our products are easy to clean and maintain. For best results and to preserve the quality, especially the embroidery and hardware - we recommend handwashing with mild soap, then air drying.

How do I size and fit the collars?

Do all your products come with velcro patch?

All of our products include a velcro patch, except for items in the Built By You collection.

Built by You

Can I have my Built By You products with velcro patch?

By default, all embroidery patches for Built By You collection are sewn on. If you'd prefer it as a velcro patch instead, please leave a note in the cart section before checking out.

Can I make changes after I've place an order?

We accept changes within 24 hours of purchase. As this is a custom-made product, once production has begun, we're unable to accommodate to any changes. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you need to make an update.

Measured my dog's neck wrong, what do I do?

We understand that sometimes this happens! We offer our LuneCare service, where we’ll re-web your collar to your dog’s correct neck size. Please refer to the service details here and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I exchange my product?

Please start your exchange through our Exchange Request Form.

Note: we will only accept exchanges made through our Exchange Form.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer a one-time exchange if you need to change the size or width of your item. Please note that colour exchanges aren't allowed.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll assess the issue—if it qualifies, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Is the product exchange shipping free?

Yes - we provide free exchange within 14 days from date of purchase for customers in Singapore only.

Note: exchange and return is not applicable for any custom products e.g velcro patch, Built By You collection

Shipping & Delivery

When will my products be shipped out?

For ready stock products, we will package and send out within 48 hours from your purchase.

For custom products, please refer to the lead time stated in the product pages.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer local free shipping with orders over $70.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
