Refund policy

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer a one-time exchange if you need to change the size or width of your item. Please note that colour exchanges aren't allowed.

Due to the nature of customisation, products from our Built By You Collection and customisable patches are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Items damaged through wear, improper use, or storage are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you notice any defects in craftsmanship, please notify us promptly upon receiving your order.

Lune Wuf reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request at our discretion.
