Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping details (including unit number and postal code) are entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to Lune Wuf due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing unit number, or postal code, customers will be required to pay the shipping fee again before the order is resent.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Lune Wuf is not liable for any products lost during shipping or delivered to the wrong address if the details provided at checkout were inaccurate or incomplete. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for safe and accurate delivery lies with the shipping provider.
